Often when I'm "riding the range" looking for properties with my Cannon poised at the ready I find some great shots that make me stop do one of the things I love best about living in the Hill Country, admire the great vistas and scenery we're so fortunate to have. There's a double purpose for taking these pictures because later some of them will be turned into paintings.
